One button, one moving block, one growing tower. Miss the alignment and your platform gets narrower until nothing fits.

How to play
A block slides back and forth above your tower. Press once to drop it. Whatever part of the block hangs over the edge is sliced off and lost, so an imperfect drop makes your next platform narrower. Perfect drops keep the width and often award a bonus.
There is no way to win, only to see how high you get. The blocks speed up as the tower rises, and past a certain height the platform is narrow enough that timing must be near-frame-perfect.
The timing trick
Do not watch the moving block. Watch the edge of the platform below it and press when the block's leading edge crosses it. Tracking a moving object and judging its position at the same time is genuinely harder for human vision than watching a fixed point and reacting when something arrives there.
Also account for your own input delay. Almost everyone presses slightly late, which is why so many towers drift consistently in one direction. If your slices keep coming off the same side, deliberately press a fraction early for a few blocks and watch the drift correct itself.
Frequently asked questions
Do perfect drops give anything?
Consecutive perfect drops usually restore a small amount of lost width and increase your score multiplier, which is what separates a fifty-block tower from a twenty-block one.
Is there an end?
No. The game continues until your platform is too narrow to catch the next block.
